J&K should talk Centre, Pak in one voice: Soz

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress
Committee President Saifuddin Soz on Saturday asked the people of
the valley to sink their difference and talk in one voice for
making the dialogue process successful.

"Peoples` interest should be treated with paramount
importance so that the achievable goal could be reached. If
the people of Kashmir do not sink their differences and talk
in one voice, the dialgogue process could get impaired and the
events will over take them," Soz said addressing a gathering
of supporters in north Kashmir`s Kupwara district.

Soz said Congress party is at the "forefront" of
facilitating the dialogue process between India and Pakistan
and between the Centre and the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

"It would help a great deal to resolve the political
imbroglio in the state if Kashmir talks to the Centre in one
voice," he said.

Soz, a former Union Minister, said whatever the dimension
of the political situation in the state, the political
leadership of "all hues including the Hurriyat" should talk in
one voice in the "larger interest of people".
