Srinagar: Kashmir University on Saturday said all
the examinations have been postponed till Tuesday due to heavy
snowfall across the Valley since yesterday.
"All the University examinations up to and including
Tuesday have been postponed," Public Relations Officer of the
University Showkat Shafi said.
He said fresh dates for the examinations would be
notified separately.
Heavy snowfall since last evening has plunged Kashmir
into darkness due to snapping of electricity transmission
lines between Northern Grid and the Valley.
