Jammu: Four persons have been arrested for allegedly beating up and robbing a senior Lok Janshakti Party leader in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir.
National Secretary of LJP Ravi Tickoo was stopped by the four accused when he was on way to his residence along with his driver in a vehicle on Sunday.
They started beating Tickoo mercilessly and later snatched his mobile phones and money before fleeing from the spot.
Acting on a complaint filed by Tickoo, police last evening arrested Raju, Balwant Singh, Upkar Gupta and Narinder Singh.
