Militant hideout busted in J&K

Security forces busted a militant hideout in Jammu and Kashmir`s Poonch district and seized huge quantity of arms and ammunitions.

Jammu: Security forces today busted a
militant hideout in Jammu and Kashmir`s Poonch district and
seized huge quantity of arms and ammunitions.

Acting on a tip-off, a joint team of 14 Rashtriya Rifles
and Special Operation Group of police launched an operation in
Rangwad area and busted the militant hideout, officials said.

A huge cache of arms and ammunitions, including 16
explosive devices and 62 rounds of AK and PIKA rifles, were
seized from the hideout, they said.
