Srinagar: In the fourth strike within a span
of four hours in Kashmir valley, militants today shot at and
injured a policeman in Anantnag district, police said.
Constable Anzar Mugloo was shot at in the abdomen by
militants in the main market of Anantang town, 55 km from
here, they said.
Earlier, militants launched a twin grenade attack at
security forces installations in Lal Chowk and Batamaloo
localities in the city, injuring three CRPF jawans.
A third grenade attack took place in Shopian district,
where terrorists lobed the bomb at a police party. The
grenade, however, failed to explode.
