Mumbai: Panthers Party chief Bhim Singh
on Wednesday demanded that the Centre should recall the three musketeers who
were dispatched to Jammu and Kashmir as interlocutors.

Singh said he has urged Prime Minister Manmohan Singh
to recall the three interlocutors as "they have created more
mess in J&K than the Hurriyat Conference."

"We don`t need interlocutors," the National Integration
Council member told reporters here.

Singh said he has written to the PM, saying the
interlocutors have no role to play in the state`s affairs.

The Centre should initiate action against Chief Minister
Omar Abudullah for his controversial speech raising questions
on the valley`s merger with India, he said.

Singh demanded imposition of Governor`s Rule in Jammu
and Kashmir for bringing peace in the state and asked the
Congress to withdraw support from National Conference.

Governor`s Rule should be imposed in J&K to bring peace
in the valley and the Centre should initiate action against CM
Omar Abudullah for his controversial speech raising questions
on the valley`s merger with India.

Section 3 of the J&K Constitution clearly states that
Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India and shall
remain and integral part of India, Singh said.

"The Line of Control (LoC) is the only issue we have
to discuss with Pakistan and it can be settled bilaterally as
proposed in the Simla and Tashkent accords," he said.
