New Delhi: The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has reportedly expressed its unhappiness over the conditions put forth for the formation of BJP-PDP government in Jammu and Kashmir, according to news reports on Monday.
It has reportedly told the BJP not to agree to the demands put forth by the PDP.
The reaction from the RSS has come even as a consensus has reportedly been reached between the two parties and only a final seal on the Common Minimum Programme (CMP) is now required, news reports stated.
Meanwhile, PDP spokesperson Naeem Akhtar told ANI, “As soon as we feel that we have overcome major differences, we will reach a decision”.
He said that there are still certain issues which need to be sorted out. “But they will get sorted as the parties get into a structured dialogue,” he added.
PDP patron Mufti Mohammad Sayeed is expected to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi soon to finalise the CMP.
