SASB launches 24-hour helpline for Amarnath Yatra

Srinagar: Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board
(SASB) has established a control room equipped with a 24-hour
helpline to facilitate smooth conduct of the Amarnath yatra, a
senior official said on Sunday.

The control room was inaugurated yesterday by Jammu
and Kashmir Governor and Shrine Board chairman NN Vohra,
Chief Executive Officer of the Shrine Board RK Goyal said.

"Any person seeking information or help in regard to
the forthcoming Yatra or any person wishing to making any
complaint about the Yatra arrangements can call the control
room," Goyal said.

The pilgrimage which is scheduled to begin from June
29 will go to the Amarnath cave shrine in South Kashmir`s
Himalayan mountains.
