Jammu: After a youth carrying a revolver was
nabbed by the police during LK Advani`s rally in Punjab,
authorities here have tightened security ahead of the BJP
leader`s visit to the city.
The security arrangements have also been beefed up in view
of Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama`s visit here
tomorrow, officials said today.

Advani will address a public rally at Dussehra Ground
tomorrow soon after his Jan Chetna Yatra enters the city.

The Dalai Lama is scheduled to inaugurate a photo
exhibition on Ambaran Buddhist site in Akhnoor.
The police had yesterday seized a licensed revolver from a
Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha activist during L K Advani`s

frisking the youth, who had come to attend the rally, at the
entry point of the venue.
