Jammu: A Special Police Officer (SPO) was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday.
The body of SPO Roshan Lal Verma was recovered from Palace road area in Udhampur town this morning, police said.
Verma was a runner at the office of DIG Udhampur range, they said.
A case has been registered in this regard and further probes are on, they added.
