Two killed, three injured due to shooting stone

Two persons were killed and three others were injured when a shooting stone hit their vehicle on Jammu-Srinagar national highway.

Banihal: Two persons, including an
Indian Reserve Police (IRP) jawan, were killed and three
others injured when a shooting stone hit their vehicle on
Jammu-Srinagar national highway in Ramban district.

Two persons-- IRP Jawan Ayaz Ahmad and Bank employee Anil
Kumar died on the spot and three others were injured when a
shooting stone hit their vehicle at Anokhi Fall in Banihal
area of the district this afternoon, police said.

The vehicle was on its way to Srinagar from Jammu when
the incident occured, they said adding the injured were
shifted to district hospital at Ramban.
