Two militant hideouts smashed

Jammu: Security Forces on Wednesday smashed two militant hideouts in Jammu and Kashmir`s Rajouri and Reasi districts and recovered arms, ammunition and explosives.

Troops of 60 Rashtriya Rifles busted an ultra hideout in Tanganwali area in Kotranka belt in Rajouri and recovered arms and ammunition, army officials said.

The recoveries included a pistol, 138 rounds of AK rifle, two Chinese grenades, two UBGL grenades, two RPG grenades and an Improvised Explosive device, they said.
Another militant hideout was smashed in Narkote Mana Forest in Reasi district, the officials said.
An AK 47 magazine, 153 rounds of AK ammunition, four detonators, six Chinese grenades and four kgs of explosives were recovered, they said.
