Two woman Hizb workers arrested in J&K

Three suspected over ground workers (OWG) of the Hizb-ul-Mujahideen, including two women, were arrested in Ramban and Doda districts of Jammu and Kashmir.

Jammu: Three suspected over ground workers (OWG) of the Hizb-ul-Mujahideen, including two women, were arrested in Ramban and Doda districts of Jammu and Kashmir.

Acting on a tip off, a team of Rashtriya Rifles and JK Police raided a hideout and arrested one Shamina Begum (30), wife of top Hizb militant Gulam Qadir Malik in Zabafara belt of Ramban district today, Army Officials said.
She was working as courier, guide and informer for the militants, they said.
Police also busted a Hizb module in Doda district and arrested one Rukshana Begum and Farooq Ahmad, officials said.
