Advani`s effigy burnt in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur: Jharkhand Pradesh Congress
Committee on Friday opposed senior BJP leader L K Advani`s visit
to Ranchi and burnt his effigy for allegedly disturbing
prevailing communal harmony in the country.

Hundreds of Congress activists led by Bharat Singh, JPCC
Secretary, set ablaze Advani’s effigy at Sakchi round about
here.

Addressing the gathering on the occasion, Singh alleged
that peace and tranquility of the country was disturbed
whenever Advani took out such yatras.
