AJSU to contest all 81 seats in next Assembly elections

Bouyed over increasing its legislative party strength to six following Hatia assembly seat win, AJSU on Saturday announced that it would contest all the 81 seats in the next assembly elections scheduled in 2014.

Ranchi: Bouyed over increasing its legislative party strength to six following Hatia assembly seat win, AJSU on Saturday announced that it would contest all the 81 seats in the next assembly elections scheduled in 2014.
"The win in the Hatia assembly bypoll is the indication of the people that their hope and aspirations are with the AJSU? So the party has decided to contest all the seats in the next assembly elections," AJSU spokesman Dev Sharan Bhagat said after he introduced the newly elected MLA Navin Jaiswal to the media at a press conference.
Jaiswal won the Hatia assembly seat yesterday by over 11,000 votes.
