Ranchi: A bank official committed suicide Tuesday by hanging himself from a ceiling fan at his house here, police said.
Ratan Das, a bank manager at Punjab National Bank (PNB) in Gumla district in Jharkhand, hanged himself at his residence at Kokar in Ranchi, police said.
In his suicide note, Das said he was not holding anyone responsible and loved his family, a police official said.
