Ranchi: Intense clouds on Sunday hovered over Jharkhand, with heavy rains being predicted tomorrow due to the impact of Cyclone Hudhud.
"There is intense cloud cover over Jharkhand today. The impact of Hudhud will bring heavy rains tomorrow, particularly in the southern part of the state," said A. Wadood, a senior scientist with the Birsa Agriculture University.
Some districts like Jamshedpur and Hazariabagh witnessed rains during the day, he added.
