Ranchi: Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), an ally in the BJP-led government, Tuesday alleged that the Congress was out to destabilise the Arjun Munda government even as it set up a two-member committee to address the `grievances` of four of its MLAs who remained absent in the JMM legislature party meeting.
"(On one hand) Congress leader and union minister Subodh Kant Sahai himself claims the JMM has lost credibility, (on the other hand) you (media) ask whether any offer has come
from Congress (to form government with it)," JMM leader and Health Minister Hemlal Murmu said while dismissing media reports of Congress being in touch with some of its
legislators.

He was replying to a query after conclusion of the JMM legislature party meeting that whether four of its 17 MLAs allegedly were in touch with the Congress and was there any
significance in their absence in today`s meeting.

"Congress is trying to destabilise the BJP/JMM/AJSU government in Jharkhand," Murmu said and dismissed reports that the four MLAs were in touch with the Congress.

"We don`t have any credible information on that," Murmu reiterated when a reporter insisted whether reports of their meeting Congress leaders were true.
