The Prevention of Money Laundering Act court of G K Singh, extended the judicial custody after Sinha appeared before him during the day.

Sinha, who had evaded arrest till September 17 this year after going in hiding ever since last year's October 31 countrywide raids on the premises of Koda and his alleged associates, has been in ED custody from 12 days earlier this month.

Investigating agencies had alleged of recovering documents that revealed over Rs 2000 crore scam of money laundering and illegal investments.

Koda, who was arrested on November 30 last year and is in judicial custody along with scam "kingpins" Manoj Punamia, Arvind Vyas and Vikash Sinha, has obtained permission from a court to attend the winter session of Lok Sabha.
