Ranchi: The RJD`s Jharkhand unit today
said the announcement of party president Lalu Prasad as the
chief ministerial candidate of the RJD-LJP alliance for the
coming Bihar elections would strengthen the `voice` and
`aspiration` of the downtrodden people in Bihar.
