‘Bickering in BJP will bring about govt downfall’

Internal bickerings over the leadership issue in the ruling BJP in Karnataka would soon see the downfall of its government, a Cong leader said.

the leadership issue in the ruling BJP in Karnataka would soon
see the downfall of its government, a top state Congress
leader said here on Thursday.

"The BJP government in the state will soon fall due to
internal bickering in the party," Karnataka Pradesh Congress
Committee President G Parameshwara told reporters here.

The infighting has resulted in the administration coming
to a standstill, an example of which was grants not yet being
sanctioned for 100 drought hit taluks in Karnataka, he said.

He also alleged that the government has also not spent
funds announced in the last budget.
