Case against K’taka minister to come up tomorrow

Former chief minister BS Yeddyurappa is the second accused in the complaint.

government land causing an estimated loss about Rs 50 crore to the state exchequer.

Former chief minister BS Yeddyurappa is the second accused in the complaint.

The complaint pertains to two instances (9.12 guntas and 14 guntas) of alleged illegal denotification of land belonging to the Bangalore Development Authority in Lottegollahalli
(present RMV extention phase II) when Yeddyurappa was the chief minister.
