Bangalore: Karnataka High Court on Thursday directed
the police to conduct an investigation into the allegations of
vandalism against CM Fayaz, son of Congress leader and
former Union Minister CM Ibrahim.

The petitioners Subhiksha Trading Services Limited had
moved the High Court seeking direction to police to register a
case against Fayaz.

The petitioner had stated that Fayaz created ruckus barging
into his warehouse along with 20 others and police had not
initiated any action despite bringing it to their notice.

When the matter came up before the Court, Justice BS Patil
asked the police as to why no action has been initiated in the
case.

The state submitted that FIR has been registered in this
connection.

The Court then directed the police to conduct a probe into
the matter immediately and adjourned the matter.
