Rowdy hacked to death by nephew, four others

The deceased has several murder and extortion cases pending against him.

Bangalore: A rowdy was hacked to death near his house by his nephew and four others, police said.
Gappu alias Gajendra was hacked to death near his residence allegedly by his nephew Suri who had turned against him and four others, Police Commissioner Jyotiprakash Mirji told reporters here.

Gappu, who has several murder and extortion cases pending against him, succumbed to injuries while being taken to hospital, he said.
