Bangalore: The State Human Rights Commission
has issued notice to B J Puttaswamy, Political Secretary to
Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa, directing him to
file his reply on a complaint filed by a woman claiming to be

Vijayalakshmi, the complainant, has alleged that
Puttaswamy married her without disclosing his first marriage
with Shantha and had lived with her in Bangalore and Mysore.

deserted her for last 10 years, SHRC sources said.
Stating that she is 55-year-old and is living in penury,
