Bangalore: Three associates of notorious gangster Ravi Pujari were arrested on Tuesday on charges of threatening a realtor, police said.
They had reportedly made the threat calls about two months ago.
On August 10, realtor-cum-developer Somashekhar had lodged a complaint with police, charging another builder at Bidadi in Bangalore Rural District with being behind the threat calls.
Subsequently a special police team was constituted to investigate the increasing number of such calls to well known builders in Bangalore.
The trio are wanted in nine cases in the city, including double murder and three dacoities.
On October One, six members of the gang were nabbed in connection with an extortion case relating to city-based Shabnam developers.
