Where is the need for me to quit: Janardhana Reddy

K`taka Tourism Minister G Janardhana Reddy said the question of his resignation does not arise as the entire cabinet `goes` when the CM quits.

Bangalore: Karnataka Tourism Minister and
mining magnate G Janardhana Reddy, indicted by Lokayukta along
with BS Yeddyurappa and three other ministerial colleagues,
on Thursday said the question of his resignation does not arise as
the entire cabinet `goes` when the CM quits.

He was responding to a question by reporters whether
he would resign in the wake of his indictment by the
Lokayukta.

Reddy declined to comment on the report submitted by
Karnataka Lokayukta N Santosh Hegde, saying, "Without having
the report in my hand, I don`t want to comment anything."

He said he would address the media in a day or two
and give "all clarifications" and respond "point-by-point" the
issues raised in the report.

Besides Reddy, his brother G Karunakara, B Sreeramulu
and V Somanna are the other ministers indicted by the report.
