Thrissur: The Kerala Sahitya Academy
(KSA) here would be celebrating the birth centenaries of l0
literary giants of the state in the current year.

Sivasankara Pillai and C B Kumar, Academy's president, P
Valsala, told reporters here today.
Academy fellowships, awards and endowments would be
presented at a function here on May 29 and 30, she said.
As part of the literary enrichment programmes of the
academy, a two-day workshop on 'Press Language' for journalsts
would be held next month.
An All-India Language Convention would be held at
Thiruvananthapuram in the first week of August,she added.
Foundation stone laying ceremony for the 'Kamala Surayya
Cultural Complex at Punnaryurkulam, the poetess birth place,
would be held shortly.
