Kollam: A police team from Bangalore arrived
in Kerala today, fuelling speculation of imminent arrest of
PDP leader Abdul Nasser Madani, chargesheeted in 2008
Bangalore blast cases.

The team led by a Deputy Commissioner of Police
arrived in Kochi from where they headed to Kollam, the
district where Madani is camping, police sources said.

As the news spread, PDP workers and supporters of Madani
began to pour in at his camp at Anwarassery near nere.

Madani was listed as an accused in an additional chargesheet
filed by SIT probing Bangalore blasts, allegedly based on
the statements given to police by T Nazeer, a key accused
in the case.

Karnataka High Court had last week rejected Madani`s
anticipatory bail plea.
