Kottayam: Reiterating the commitment of the UDF
government to provide necessary infrastructure facilities to
judiciary, Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has said the
democratic system was based on the conviction of people that
justice would be done without delay.
People's trust in democracy will increase if justice
is delivered without delay, Chandy said while laying the
foundation stone for the proposed Rs 5.51 crore judicial
complex in Pala here yesterday.
