Visakhapatnam: Three persons were killed in a road accident today when a lorry collided with a car in which they were travelling, police said.
The incident took place at Mamidivalasa in Anandapuram mandal killing two persons on the spot and injuring another seriously, they said.
The injured later succumbed at a hospital here. Due to impact of the accident, the lorry and the car rolled down into a gorge in the area.
The lorry driver and the cleaner are absconding after the accident, police said adding investigations are on.
