Mandsaur (MP): Three persons were on Friday
arrested for possessing one kilogram of heroin worth over Rs
one crore in the international market, police said.
Acting on a tip-off, police arrested the trio- Shahid
Sheikh (22), Iqbal Hussain (36) and Mohammad (36), who were
standing at a square near the city railway station square,
waiting for a vehicle, police said adding that the contraband
was wrapped in plastic bags and was hidden inside their
clothes.
Police have registered a case against the trio under
the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act and
further probe is on.
