BJP leaders are afraid of me: Digvijay

Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh on Tuesday claimed he is the "biggest threat" for the BJP and therefore, the saffron leaders were most afraid of him.

Damoh (MP): Congress General Secretary
Digvijay Singh on Tuesday claimed he is the "biggest threat" for
the BJP and therefore, the saffron leaders were most afraid of
him.

"BJP faces the biggest threat from me and therefore,
whenever I visit Madhya Pradesh, its party leaders get
nervous," he told reporters while campaigning for Congress
candidate Tanya Solomon for the June 25 Jebera Assembly
bypoll.

Earlier, addressing a street corner meeting, Singh
alleged that during the BJP rule, corruption has increased
manifold in Madhya Pradesh.

BJP leaders, who were roaming on bicycles seven years
ago, are now seen moving in SUVs, the former Chief Minister
claimed.

The BJP has failed to deliver on its pre-poll promises
to construct good roads and provide electricity, Singh said.

He also alleged that the tardy progress in
implementing forest rights Act in the state was due to ruling
party members extracting money from the rightful owners of
land.
