Bhopal: Leader of Opposition in Madhya Pradesh Assembly, Ajay Singh would launch a statewide `Jana Chetna Yatra` from Friday from Orchha in Tikamgarh district of the state.
Singh is taking out the yatra to highlight the "misgovernance" of the BJP government in the state and to draw people`s attention toward its anti-farmer policies.
Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh and other state leaders are expected to be present at the launch of the yatra.
During its first phase, the yatra would be spread over nine days and end at Bina.
