Bhopal: Congressmen seeking tickets for the forthcoming local body elections in Madhya Pradesh entered into a brawl on Tuesday at the State Congress Office forcing the police to intervene.

Two groups of Congress workers were enraged over the issue of distribution of tickets for local body elections and exchanged blows forcing senior party leaders including State Congress Vice President, Manak Agrawal, Chief Spokesman, K K Mishra and Spokesman, J P Dhanopia to intervene.

After the situation went out of control, the police intervened to control the situation.

Dhanopia blamed BJP and RSS workers for orchestrating the brawl to defame the Congress before local body elections.
