Balaghat: An 18-year-old girl allegedly killed her father with the help of her uncle when he tried to molest her, police said on Wednesday.

Top Singh Dhalavi (50) had several times made sexual overtures towards his daughter, Saroj, following which she was sent by her mother to Dhaba village, where the girl's uncle stayed, they said. However, Dhalavi reached the village and again made an attempt to molest the girl yesterday, following which she and her uncle Ramji Gond killed him using a heavy object.

The two accused were arrested today and sent to judicial custody, they added.
