Jha lashes out at Hazare for calling politicians corrupt

Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh BJP President Prabhat Jha on Wednesday hit out at Gandhian Anna Hazare for allegedly dubbing all politicians as corrupt.

"Anna Hazare is not running a university or a college to give character certificates to politicians," Prabhat said.

Jha said that Anna had no right to defame politicians who work hard year after year to achieve a place for themselves.

He also ridiculed the idea of people lighting candles in various parts of the country and said that such gestures would never be able to eradicate corruption from the country.

The anti-corruption crusader had reportedly said that politicians were interested only in money and power and not interested in the welfare of the people.

It is high time educated and employed section take part in active work to build this country. They should come out of their shell, they should think about the nation,go and see the `not so fortunate` poor and fight for their cause.We should create a new generation of selfless rulers. For that first this class should come off its selfishness.

Well....what a joke onpart of Mr Jha when he says that politicians work hard year after year to make place for themselves.Well...i wud like to ask him what have they doen good to the country? We r going through scams after scams...corruption(LOOT)and when people like Anna Hazareji comes forward...these so called the lawmakers of our country get worried that their misdeeds may come out soon and hence they oppose the crusade against corruption.I also beleive that Politicians are corrupt. Corruption at political level makes the bureaucracy corrupted.People pay to get the govt. jobs(ministers dont take money to give a decent job to people in govet departments)? So when peolle get job by paying bribes...naturally those people would see how they cud recover thier money back which they paid to the ministers to get the job. I am not supporting corruption at any level whether at political level or bureaucratic level...but want to make one point and that is our political parties,90% of our leaders are corrupt and hence we r still developing nation.Its always been easy for the politicians to saomehting offending and then deny by saying that the media misquoted him or her.God Save India from these LOOTERS of INDIA
