Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh government has
decided to provide air connectivity in major cities in the
state with the help of two nine-seater aircraft.
The state government on Friday signed an agreement with a
private company Ventura Airconnect Pvt Ltd for the purpose, MP
State Tourism Development Corporation (MP STDC) Chairman Dhruv
Narayan Singh told reporters.
Singh said that initially two single engine nine-seater
aircraft Cessna Grand Caravan will fly between cities like
Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur and Gwalior.
MPTDC Managing Director Hariranjan Rao said the service
would start in three months and it would later be extended to
other cities of the state as well.
