Vidisha (MP): Two persons were killed and 10 others injured in a group clash in Mahuakhedi village over theft of a power transformer near here, police said on Monday.
Two groups in the village had a dispute over a transformer which was allegedly stolen by another group yesterday, sub-divisional officer of police (SDOP) P S Mandloi told reporters.
While Bhagwan Singh (52) and Sumer Singh (48) succumbed to their injuries in a hospital at Bhopal, three among the injured were reported to be serious.
A case has been registered and further investigations are on, police added.
