Bhopal: Deputy Shahar Qazi, Syed Mushtaq
Ali Nadvi would be the new Shahar Qazi of Bhopal.
A unanimous decision in this regard was taken by the
Masajid Committee at its special meeting on Monday night,
Masajid Committee President, Hakeem Qureshi said on Tuesday.
Qureshi said, of five members of the committee, four
attended the meeting while the fifth one was busy with the
Ijtima but he has given his consent for the appointment.
Nadvi will succeed former Shahar Qazi of Bhopal,
Maulana Qari Abdul Syed Fazil Quasmi who passed away on
Saturday.
