New Delhi: Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh on Friday clarified that his party is not suffering from 'Shivraj phobia', as the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister had earlier claimed.
"We don't have Shivraj phobia. We are worried about how the corrupt leaders are misusing the nation's system," he said.
Earlier in the day, Shivaraj Singh Chouhan had accused the Congress of attacking him 'below the waist'.
"The Congress has been making all sorts of allegations and has been attacking me below the waist. They were making allegations as if Madhya Pradesh were the state for murders. They demand my resignation five-six times a day. The Congress is suffering from Shivraj phobia. If they hate me, then they should target me. Why target the state? This is what Congress has fallen to," Chouhan said.
