Vidisha (Madhya Pradesh): A 19-year-old youth was arrested for allegedly raping a minor girl in the district, police said on Monday.
Finding the 10-year-old girl alone at her home yesterday afternoon, the accused - Pappu Ahirwar - took her to the forest area adjoining the Lateri town, about 120 kms from here, on some pretext and raped her, they said.
On returning home, the girl told her mother about the offence.
A case has been registered against the accused while further investigation was on, they added.
