Nashik (Maharashtra): Employees of a city-based co-operative bank, who have been on an indefinite strike over their demands, held a demonstration with the members of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) against the bank administration here.
The protests were held in front of the head office of the Janlaxmi Cooperative Bank Ltd in the city yesterday.
"AAP came in support of the bank employees, who have been striking since the last fortnight after the bank management asked its 100 employees to take compulsory retirement," party sources told reporters today.
The ongoing strike has affected the day-today operations of the bank.
