Mumbai: In yet another hit and run case involving a powerful man’s kin, reports on Tuesday claimed that Ankesh Sahara - the son of a Mumbai-based businessman – badly injured a restaurant delivery boy after hitting him with his Porsche and fled from the scene.

The incident took place on Monday night in the Marine Drive locality and according to the eyewitnesses, Ankesh was in an inebriated condition when he hit the bike-borne victim.

The victim, who was later identified as Aniul Haque, was then rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment by the local residents.

Ankesh has been given bail with a fine of just few thousand rupees.

The victim works as a delivery boy in a restaurant in the same locality. Haque is said to have suffered a head injury and multiple fractures. He underwent surgery for eight hours and is now out of danger but is under observation for 15 days.

SUBASH - DUBAI
It’s saddening that such incidents have been reported earlier too. It seems the MONEY-POWER especially in Indian metros has made the RICH KIDS totally UNCIVILIZED. They lack humanity, civic sense and have no value for human life, because they know that with Money Power they can buy good lawyers and corrupt police who will apply only lenient charges only instead of appropriate harsh charges. I once again underline that most of the crimes are related to corruption only, hence corruption has to be uprooted and stringent punishments needed for wrong doers.
