‘Cong-NCP govt pushed Maha into a state of coma’

Thane: Maharashtra Pradesh BJP chief Sudhir Mungantiwar has said that the state has gone into "coma" due to the non-performance of the ruling Congress-NCP government.

Talking to newsmen last night after addressing BJP leaders here in view of the forthcoming MLC elections to the Graduates constituency, he said the government was embroiled in internal fued and mess.

A total of 15 talukas in the state are under extreme scarcity and villagers are forced to run helter skelter for a drop of water. The situation is pathetic, he said.
The Congress led government is a non performer and it has pushed the state into coma, he said.

He alleged that the government was resorting to partisan attitude while giving relief to scarcity hit villages in the state.
He also condemned the government for lathi charge on farmers from Maval, Beed and Nashik.
