no dance bars, sex rackets, rave partie can survive more than a month if it does not have police patronage. the owners/oraganiser of such places/parties must be given a minimum of ten years imprisonment with a fine of several lakhs to few crores. also if the police authorities are pnished with jail terms of two three years, this menace can be controlled. booking of participants alone will not serve any purpose.
