Nashik: City police have booked five
persons, including a former Shiv Sena corporator in a murder
case, police said on Wednesday.
The accused, including the former Sena corporator
Wamanrao Lokhande, were booked for murdering one Vishnu Vasant
Ghayal (53), resident of Nashik.
Hotel for its workers, had an altercation with Lokhande and
other persons over some issue. After that, he was severely
beaten by them and he died on the spot on Monday night, police
said.
After conducting an inquiry, police registered
offences against the accused yesterday.
