Nashik: Four persons have been arrested in connection with the rape of two minor tribal girls in Kalwan and Yeola tehsil towns, police said on Wednesday.

In the first case, three youths--Vishal Rajbhog (19), Nitin Shevale (20) and Ramesh Bachhav (22) gangraped a school girl at village Darebhangi in Kalwan taluka yesterday, after taking her to a isolated place, they said.

The accused were arrested after a complaint by her parents, police said.

Her medical tests are being carried out in a government hospital here.

In another case, a 31-year-old man--Sandeep Sopan--of Nimgaonmadh village was arrested for sexually abusing a eight-year-old tribal girl since last few months.

He was produced in a local court and remanded to police custody for three-days, police added.
