Four killed in road mishap near Chandvad, Nashik

Nashik: Four persons, including an elderly couple, were killed and one woman injured when their car rammed into a tree near Chandvad town, about 73 km from here, police said today.
The mishap occurred last evening when the driver lost control of the car, causing the vehicle to swerve off the road and hit the tree, killing all the victims on the spot, they said.
The victims were identified as Naresh Bothra (55), his wife Neeta (48), Sureshchandra Chordiya (60) and Ashok Kothari (50), police said, adding that the injured identified as Shobha Sanklecha (50) was admitted to Dhule civil hospital.
