In a major success, the Maharashtra Police has recovered huge quantity of explosives buried in the jungle area near the state’s border with Chhattisgarh.

Gondia, Maharashtra: In a major success, the Maharashtra Police has recovered huge quantity of explosives buried in the jungle area near the state’s border with Chhattisgarh.

As per a report, Monday, around 15.5 kilograms of ammonium nitrate packed in plastic bags was dug out by a search and patrol party of the police late yesterday.
Naxals are very active in the area and hence, the recovery is seen as a big victory in the fight against the ultras.
